It was windy so I painted from my tailgate, on a Winter's day when sunshine decided to make an appearance. The soft green tones in the distant farm field are so reassuring that Springtime is soon on the way. I love how the clouds stack up around Rattlesnake Mountain. From this viewpoint, the foot of the hill is more prominent.
