Soulful Musings & Thoughts About Painting

Hopefulness

We are a few short months away
from the awakening of the landscape.
The nearby Amon Basin becomes cloaked
in soft heathered colors of sage and yellow,
and along the marshy shoreline
a rim of orange-reds from the branches
of native Red Oser Dogwoods.
It's a mystical time when Spring arrives.
